Progress Excellence provides interactive training in the food and related industries from low to high risk facilities, small companies to multi-nationals. Training is targeted at various levels in order to change behaviours and to ensure buy-in. Training is provided both on-site and publicly (in Cape Town, Paarl & Johannesburg) The mediocre facilitator tells. Progress Excellence was established in 2005 to assist national and multi-national food and packaging companies through training on their journey towards business excellence by enabling the company to implement and sustain effective management systems. The latter experience returns on their investment, as to them, it becomes a way of life and not something that is implemented merely for the sake of certification. Continual improvement is then an automatic result, rather than a process to be driven.
